The goal of the physical therapists at Movement Systems Physical Therapy, P.S. is to promote a lifestyle of health, wellness, and fitness to all our patients and clientele. We cannot undertake this educational process without the help of highly qualified exercise providers in the community. Over time, we have developed relationships with many exercise providers in the Seattle community.

The list below includes personal trainers, Pilates and Yoga instructors that work with us on a routine basis. In addition, many of the exercise providers at these facilities have attended our instructor training classes.

Marsha Dorman is a Pilates teacher at Body in Balance in Edmonds . She also teaches a mat class at Movement Systems Physical Therapy in Seattle . This class is geared toward individuals with chronic Musculoskeletal conditions or those recovering from injury. Classic Pilates are adapted to suit the individual needs of the participants. Class size is small to allow for individual attention. Individualized sessions are available upon request.
